I was asked to post this
so I'm doing it briefly
a king, would be addressed first as "Your Royal Majesty..(most royal..most glorious..etc"
after that..shortened to Your Majesty
then..Sire...
with the occasional formal added
when speaking to the king, kneel....not for HIS pride and ego...but for those watching
it creates an air of formality
A duke..would be Your Grace....also my Lord...
(same for a duchess..or queen as above)
a Count..."Your excellency"
same for countesses marquis, viscounts, barons on down to Lords
Knights, are addressed as Sir...end of story.
(Females can be called Dame..but....who is going to have a female knight in this roleplay)
